Twenty-Fourth Sunday in Ordinary Time

ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • After the Hurricane
    • From Father Krempa
Our diocese is initiating an inventory of local resources to determine what help can be given to any evacuees who may move temporarily into this area. The types of services being identified are shelter in private homes, the provision of food on a regular basis, various medical and legal services, volunteers to assist with resettlement and the availibility of a central storage space for food, clothing etc.
As of now there is no determined plan and no local needs that are imminent. Of course, this may change. This is simply to let you know that the diocese is making an assessment and we may do a more concrete survey if anything definite materializes.

  • Katrina Relief
    • There will be a collection to aid the victims of Hurricane Katrina at the 9 am Mass on Sunday, September 18. Please be generous. For additional information, see the Web site for the Arlington Diocese (Link at left) and click on Hurricane Katrina Relief Information.
